Forrests Oboe Reed Tool Kit

Our own tool kit contains all the tools and supplies needed for that first reed making lesson: a knife with blade protector, a D-04 mandrel, a F-02 cutting block, a G-09 plaque, a ruler with metric and English scales, and a C-22 burnishing rod with a 3D-printed handle and sheath. Also included are a three pieces of cane, two J-23 Forrests staples, a strip of parafilm, some bee's wax and, of course, a spool of thread. All this comes conveniently stored in our V-73 tool bag. In addition to the kit we recommend that you also order one of our well illustrated reed making books. This kit comes with your choice of knife, please See knife choices here.
