We offer financing through United Midwest Savings Bank for instrument purchases.

You may pay for your orders by American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Master Card, VISA, or PayPal using our secure shopping cart.  Instrument purchases may also be paid for by bank check, drawn on a US or Canadian bank in U.S. dollars, and mailed to our location in Berkeley, California; please e-mail us for additional information.

We would be happy to take your order over the phone, just call us at 800-322-6263 or 510-845-7178. We answer the phones from 10:00 to 6:00 on weekdays, 10:00 to 5:00 on Saturday. We are in California, so these are Pacific times!

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all purchases, as well as shipping and handling, on orders shipped within California.
Orders shipped outside of California are not subject to sales tax.
Items sold in digital format, such as PDFs, are not subject to sales tax.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
All items (except instruments) may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise provided the item, and its retail packaging, is complete and in new resalable condition. Shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable. If we shipped the item to you at no charge we may deduct the shipping charge from your refund.
The following are not returnable:

Please examine all items promptly upon receipt. No adjustments can be made after 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Légère Reeds
Legere reeds are not returnable unless defective.
Legere says

Germicides such as Sterisol can be used to clean the reeds, but you should not assume that such products will sterilize them. We advise against sharing reeds or using reeds that have been tested or played by others.

Returns
Please see above for conditions. When returning items, please include a copy of the invoice for proper credit. If we made an error in filling the order, we will re-fill the order at no additional shipping charge and compensate you for the return postage/shipping - but not more than the original shipping charge. (This does not apply when the order was shipped free.) You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches us, so please repack items properly to prevent damage. We are not responsible if your returned merchandise is lost or damaged in shipping to us.
