Forrests Oboe Reed Tool Kit
 Our own tool kit contains all the tools and supplies needed for that first reed making lesson: A knife with blade protector, a D-04 mandrel, a F-02 cutting block, a G-09 plaque, a ruler with metric and English scales, and a C-03 fine grit sharpening stone. Also included are a few pieces of cane, a couple of J-00-47 staples, a strip of goldbeater's skin, some bee's wax and, of course, a spool of thread. All this comes conveniently stored in a compact plastic tool box.
In addition to the kit we recommend that you also order one of our well illustrated reed making books.
