Silk Oboe Family Swabs
Pull Through Silk Swabs.
Our finest swabs, these are made of woven silk cloth. They
are fully hemmed and tailored to pull through their respective
instruments. Since silk is a highly absorbent fiber, it can
absorb several times its own weight and still feel dry to
the touch. Originally our swabs were made only of brightly
colored silk; now they are also available in concert black,
to conform with dress code requirements of major orchestras.
