"Integral" Oboe Family Cases

Bonna Double Oboe Case
At last, a reasonably priced high quality case for 2 oboes. The hard shell is made of fiberglass for strength and light weight, the exterior is made of black nylon or leather. Each joint is suspended on a foam block and gently clamped in place when the lid is closed.
There is ample storage space for music, reed cases, etc.; the interior has a generous (over 80 cubic inches) accessory compartment, and there are 2 outside zippered pockets. The larger outside pocket is 10 3/4" X 15" X 3/4", the smaller outside pocket is 7 1/4" X 10 3/4" X 3/4".
All this is also easy to carry, it has a removable end handle, side handle, removable shoulder strap, and removable back pack straps.
The case is 16 1/2" X 12" X 4" (depending on how much you put in the outside pockets!), and weighs just a little over 5 pounds.

Integral Oboe Case
This attractive and practical oboe case comes from France and is the standard case for our Cabart-74 oboes. The black canvas covered hard-shell case has a zipper closure. It comes with an adjustable shoulder strap and has a gusseted, outside zipper pocket.

Weisman Tubular Oboe, English Horn, & Combination Cases.

Wiseman Tubular Oboe or English Horn Cases. These cases are similar in styling and construction to the tubular bassoon cases. The exterior of the rugged, high impact "clam shell" is covered with durable, black vinyl. Both halves are connected by a full-length leather hinge and secured by heavy duty locks at each end and sealed by a drip resistant Velcro closure. A thick leather handle and a padded shoulder strap allow for maximum comfort while carrying it. The instrument compartments are made of hi-tech, shock absorbent foam material and lined with crushed velvet to provide a compact and secure home for your instrument. There are storage slots for two reed knives and a vinyl accessory bag, as well as space for your reed case. A detachable music pocket wraps securely around the exterior of the case.

SOFT CASES

Oboe-English Horn Combination Soft-Case. This zippered case can accommodate either OB/EH or two oboes. The well padded, rigid top and bottom panels provide good protection for the instruments. Black cordura cloth shell has a foam padded cloth lining of durable auto upholstery material. Features a large, zippered accessory pocket on the inside of the case, as well as an outside zipper pocket. A detachable shoulder strap is included. Handsome looks at a reasonable price.

CASE COVERS

Shearling lined case covers have been favored by musicians for years. These covers protect the case corners from physical wear and the instrument from rapid temperature changes.
The outer shell is made of water repellent nylon cloth and is lined with nylon fleece, thus creating an effective thermal insulating layer.
The easy sliding coil type zipper fully encloses the case including end handles, and the full length zipper pockets and two detachable straps (which can function as shoulder or backpack straps) just add to this covers excellent value.

Shearling Case Cover Sizes
The measurements shown here have a tolerance range of plus or minus 3/16". Since measurements will vary depending on whether case handles, latches or hinges were included, the "cushiony" shearling lining compensates for variations of the case size of as much as 3/8".

This cover features a full length exterior pocket, and removable adjustable shoulder strap. The exterior is made of water repellent nylon cloth, the interior is padded and velvet lined. The case closes with a full length, high quality zipper. The center flap is secured with velcro, and fits either over or under the case handle, as you prefer.
The top of the case cover is the same thickness as the bottom, which makes it much easier to open the oboe case while it's in the case cover than some other models.
