Wiseman Compact Tubular Combination Case Compact and rigid tubular case for oboe and English horn. The exterior is a rigid shell made of aircraft plywood, covered with top grain black leather. The two halves are joined by a piano hinge, and held securely closed by a continuous Velcro valance (which helps to make the case drip proof), and by a detachable leather belt with a metal buckle. When closed, the case will stand upright on end. The interior is beautifully finished in crushed velvet, with the instrument joints suspended in rubber blocks. The interior has 2 accessory pockets, 1 "hidden" reed case pocket, two concealed knife sleeves, and 2 bocal holders. Also included are a detachable sheet music pouch (sized to hold orchestra scores), external leather tool bag, padded shoulder straps, and leather perimeter belt.
